3. Served as Chief, Systems Flight for two months, directing activities of 110 military, and British and US civilians, with responsibility for airfield and communications equipment worth $22.5 million

4. Thoroughly analyzed Communications Systems Requirements Document (CSRD) process, leading to deletion of unnecessary steps and paperwork, while automating other procedures to enhance customer service

a. Shaved weeks from initial request through to implementation--customer also received electronic updates to all its CSRDs, allowing more accurate planning

5. Introduced metrics program to track customer satisfaction levels and work center accuracy levels

a. Raised workers' standards who were determined to show improvements in reportable statistics, and also created useful management tools

6. Led communications team to win European military award out of 23 facilities throughout Europe

7. Received award from 700-person European Command Joint Analysis Center (JAC) for outstanding customer service; first-time ever awarded to agency outside of JAC's own organization
