	One of the drivers had a shorter than anticipated race as his car spun off the track and caught fire. The marshalls quickly put out the fire, but his race was over.
	Quite a few cars did not complete the race (like the chap in the foreground). The safety car was deployed and all the cars still running had to follow it back to the pits.
	The race was stopped because a helicopter had to made an emergency landing at the heliport. The helicopter a Enstrom 280 FX Shark three-seater civilian, landed on its side and was seriously damaged. The fire service deployed foam as a precautionary measure. The pilot was shaken by the incident but fortunately uninjured. Nobody else was in the helicopter and nobody on the ground was injured.
