For some years now I have flown with the Martini RC Flyers, we are a fairly small club to the east of Hull, East Yorkshire.
We fly radio control models with electric power, i.c. engines or gliders, and recently have had some control-line flying reappear after a long break. The main flying site is a privately owned sportsfield at Sandhill garden centre, Preston, Hull.
The club has been in existence since about 1972 and has always tried to be a friendly group, and help with flying or building problems is freely available to those taking up the hobby.
Meet Richard, one of our occasional learners with his bitsa glider, Kevin with a small electric, and Pete with his field truck and Cub on tow.
